More Than Just a Great Drink

  • Research now shows that as well as being a tasty beverage, coffee’s health benefits now stretch to drastically reducing a drinker’s risk of liver cancer
  • Drinking up to five cups a day can lower the risk by 50% thanks to the anticarcinogenic, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties
  • The great news is that the protective effect of coffee for avoiding hepatocellular cancer (HCC)—the most common form of liver cancer—is dose-dependant—the more you drink, the better!
