  • Pourover coffee constantly filters fresh hot water through the grounds for a faster brew
  • As you pour, be sure to pause as the coffee grounds swell, this is to let the CO2 out—the wetting phase
  • Once wetted, the hot waters starts to dissolve the tasty coffee solubles within the beans cells—stop pouring before you’re in danger of over brewing
  • The diffusion phase transfers the flavors out through osmosis pressure into the water
  • Tune your brewing method to you for the right grind, recipe, and brew time
