  • There are certain moments in your daily body clock/weekly schedule you can learn to optimize and set them up as part of your routine
  • Though it’s early, 5.30-6.30 AM is prime time for exercise to burn fat and getting your hair cut before 9 AM makes it much less stressful oddly enough!
  • Make all your important decisions after 1.30 PM—after you’ve just eaten
