  • Rather than drinking coffee as soon as you wake, optimize the boost it will give your cortisol levels by having your first cup just after 10 am
  • Drinking 200 mg of coffee following a talk or seminar will help you retain the knowledge better than if you drink it before trying to learn something new
  • For improved athletic performance though, drink your coffee an hour before you exercise to improve stamina and endurance
