The Importance of Studying

- Many organizations “implement Lean” or practice “improvement science,” but don’t have a real chance to study and put into practice the true core of Deming’s PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) concept
- Whatever strategy you’re employing, your organization won’t see results without taking the time to fully embrace these powerful tools
- Management can only prove to be true masters and teach their employees if they take the time to properly study Deming and Lean
