- One way to overcome your anxiety when giving presentations is to record yourself; keep doing this till you become more comfortable (it will also help yourself see where you make mistakes)
- Host webinars and podcasts to improve your flow and rhythm; have a structure to each but allow room for improvisation too
- Be prepared for what you’re going to present but don’t read from your notes word for word; it will make you sound unnatural and stilted
